Scientific studies have shown that natural environments have remarkable benefits for human health. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical well-being, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
Nature has much to teach us and the forest and woods can support us to reveal new insights and perspectives on life when we tune in. They offer the ideal conditions to drop out of our busy minds.
I spent most of my childhood in the woods and had three Tree Spirits as friends; it is where I am at my most settled and peaceful.
Our work will begin with a conversation where we will discuss an area of your life you would like some fresh insight into.
I then invite you to tune in, using sensory Mindfulness techniques, and then I guide you answer pertinent coaching questions and to explore them by tuning in with your surroundings.
Shapes, colours, movements. smells, sounds….they all have something to teach us when we have eyes and ears to hear.
We then gather together to unpick and reveal the wisdom of nature and all that she shares with us.
This can be an unexpected profound life changing experience.
It can be held as a 1-1 session or as a group coaching session.
